Calorie Burning, Low Impact and Fun!
Have you ever sought a better path to just FLY to your goal? At NIBF we offer the opportunity for YOU to untether your exercise regimen from the shackles of gravity and experience the benefits of intense cardiovascular and muscle building exercise in a way not otherwise available in the PNW. Oh…. and it’s fun to get fit while you FLY as well!!
How does it work?
We utilize purpose designed harnesses and bungees ensuring safety to afford you the benefits of plyometrics, where muscles exert maximum force in short intervals to increase both speed and power, paired with cardiovascular exercise to bring intense calorie burning activity while reducing the impact brought on by our old friend gravity. Low-Impact Plyometrics, Aerobic Cardio, and Resistance offers clients maximum benefits without the pain of traditional exercise and all the FUN of defying gravity! Clients can expect to burn an average of 350-800 calories in one workout!
Who should bungee?
Most everyone can benefit! Bungee is high cardio and low impact. Burn calories while minimizing strain on joints, tendons, and ligaments. Those who are coming back to fitness can benefit from the forgiveness of the bungees while long time fitness enthusiasts maximize cardio burn and muscle growth in different ways than the same old routine. For those with notable limitations we also offer a Gentle Bungee class option. Challenge yourself with new skills and expertise. ………and FLY!
Are there any restrictions?
Our equipment does place the following restrictions for in-bungee workouts: Participants must be 18+ years (16+ training alongside parent), between 90 and 250lbs, no pregnancy, and no recent surgery or major medical concerns without doctor approval. Please feel free to contact us directly on any of these points. Any students over 6’4” should consider meeting with us before scheduling classes to ensure our equipment can accommodate them.

Bungee Bootcamp!
Level one classes blast off with your newly attained knowledge from Pre-flight putting all the elements together to complete the entire Level One routines from beginning to end. This class puts it all together and as a group, you fly! Elements you have learned fall into place creating a fun environment to increase your strength, agility, and cardio. Level one includes a bungee warm-up, cardio warm-up, cardio blast, arms and cool down.
Pre-Flight
In our Pre-Flight Classes you will begin your bungee journey with basics that provide foundation for every class you take thereafter. Pre-flight gets you strapped into a harness right away and introduces you to the bungee equipment, safety, positional awareness, foundational movement, and teamwork. After attending just two Pre-flight classes, you are ready for take-off with Level One!
Level 1 Bungee
Ready to level up your bungee fitness journey? Join our Skills Class, where you will learn advanced techniques for Level 2 routines while improving your form in Level 1 moves. Perfect for experienced Level 1 clients eager to progress and refine their skills, this class offers expert guidance and personalized instruction to help you soar to new heights. Get ready to unleash your full potential and take your bungee fitness experience to the next level.
COMING SOON! Level two classes build upon your expertise in the foundational bungee movements. Your body and mind are prepared to soar with new moves, tricks and combinations which combine to create an even more robust and challenging workout. We kick up the intensity and duration of your training with even more time in the bungees. In Level two, techniques are practiced to get you ready to move to level three.

Gentle Bungee makes accessible the benefits of bungee workouts to those with limitations from age, injury, or whatever source. Gentle Bungee blends the fun of our bungee workouts with a focus on slower, gentle, controlled exercises designed to improve overall fitness, mobility, and core strengthening. Unlike our standard bungee workouts that emphasize high-intensity cardio and strength training, gentle bungee fitness prioritizes smooth, low-impact movements that are accessible to individuals of all fitness levels.
