CLASSES
Pre-Flight
Take your first step into bungee fitness with our Pre-Flight class! In just two sessions, you’ll get comfortable with the harness, learn key safety and positioning techniques, and build a foundation of movement skills. Get ready to fly with confidence!
Level 1 Bungee
In Level One, you’ll put your Pre-Flight skills into action with full bungee routines from start to finish. This class builds strength, agility, and cardio endurance through dynamic movement, finishing with mat work targeting your core, arms, and total-body power. Get ready to fly!
Level 2 Bungee
Level Two takes your bungee skills to new heights with advanced techniques, combinations, and longer flight time. You’ll push your strength, agility, coordination, and core endurance as intensity ramps up. This class is all about refining your form, mastering new challenges, and progressing deeper into your bungee journey.
Level 3 Bungee
Take your bungee fitness to the next level with more complex movement, greater intensity, and advanced combinations that test your strength, endurance, and mental focus. Expect a challenging full-body workout as you refine your technique and soar to new heights. It's tough, it’s exhilarating—and it’s a whole lot of fun.
Gentle Bungee
Gentle Bungee brings the joy of bungee fitness to those with limitations due to age, injury, or other factors. This low-impact class focuses on slow, controlled movements designed to improve mobility, core strength, and overall fitness—without the intensity of standard bungee classes. It’s a fun, supportive way to stay active, build strength, and experience the thrill of bungee at a pace that works for you.
