Level Two takes what you have learned from your accomplished Level One basics and adds new movement and combinations. This class includes mat work and cool down for a full 45 minute session.

Pre-flight provides the foundation for all your bungee classes. In this class, you will learn bungee safety, equipment, positional awareness, and  foundational. After two pre-flight classes you will be equipped to move on to Level One.

Gentle Bungee

Gentle Bungee combines the fun and safety of the Level One Bungee workout with more modifications at a slower pace. This class is designed for those who are recovering from illness or injury or have other limitations and still want a great workout that will assist with growing strength, endurance, mobility and balance.

This Intermediate Skills Class is designed to introduce and teach Level Two movements. If you have already attended a Level Two Class and just want to work on those skills, this is also the class for you. The class is more 'open format' to work on the skills you want to work on.
